Precision Engraving for Commercial & Corporate Projects

Laser Dynamics LLC provides precision laser engraving, personalization, and custom production for businesses and organizations. Our capabilities include anodized aluminum, identification and equipment tags, personalized corporate gifts, tumblers, wood products, and other compatible materials.

Using our 30W fiber laser, we can combine consistent company branding with individually customized information such as recipient names, messages, serial numbers, identification numbers, job titles, and other variable data.

From prototypes and sample approval through production and final inspection, every project is handled with direct owner oversight.

 

 

Commercial Metal Engraving

Laser Dynamics specializes in precision marking and engraving of anodized aluminum and other compatible metals using a 30W fiber laser. Commercial projects can incorporate company logos, equipment information, serial numbers, model numbers, identification data, recipient names, or other variable information within a consistent design.

For straightforward anodized-aluminum items using a repeatable layout, current production capacity can exceed 500 pieces per production day, depending on product size, engraving area, and design complexity. Individually personalized items require additional handling and editing time and are evaluated according to the specific project requirements.

Commercial Personalization Experience

Laser Dynamics has experience producing individually personalized items for commercial customers while maintaining consistent company branding across the entire production run.

A recent project for Norfolk Crush in Norfolk, Nebraska included 40 individually personalized 20-oz tumblers. Each piece incorporated consistent Norfolk Crush branding along with recipient-specific names and job titles, requiring individual data changes throughout the production run.

Proven Commercial Production

Laser Dynamics has also completed a commercial production order of approximately 100  individually customized anodized-aluminum machine identification tags for Louis Dreyfus Company. Each tag incorporated machine-specific information within a standardized layout, requiring individual data changes throughout the production run. The complete order was produced within several hours.

This type of workflow is particularly well suited to corporate and personalized production: maintaining consistent branding and design while changing recipient-specific or item-specific information from one piece to the next.

 

 

Production & Quality Control

New products are tested before full production to establish the appropriate engraving settings, sizing, positioning, and overall appearance. When appropriate, a completed sample can be provided for customer review and approval before the production run begins.

For individually personalized projects, each finished piece is inspected immediately after engraving and verified against the customer-provided order information before moving to the next item. At the completion of the production run, every item receives a second inspection during packing to verify engraving quality, personalization accuracy, and final piece count.

Materials, Volume Orders & Custom Projects

Customer-supplied blanks are welcome and are preferred for many larger production orders, allowing the customer to maintain control over product selection and material consistency. Laser Dynamics can also source appropriate materials when required.

There is no fixed minimum order quantity. Commercial and volume projects are quoted individually based on the product, material, quantity, engraving requirements, personalization, and setup involved. Larger production quantities may qualify for volume-based pricing.
